By placing an order, you are accepting the Pelcor contract and termss and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. You will have the opportunity to double check and adjust your order before the final confirmation step.,  so don’t worry if you make a mistake or change your mind about anything (not sure if this last sentence is necessary).

When you check out for the first time, you create a password-protected account with us where we will save your name and delivery address for the next time you visit our online store. If you would like to change your details at any time, you can do this in the My Account’ section, which is also home to your wishlist and where you can track the status of your orders in ‘Order History’. Orders Changes and Cancellations

Before you finish your order, you can read our terms and conditions. 
Once an order has been placed on our e-shopwebsite we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order, if you wish to return or exchange an item.


Payment Options

We accept online payments with Credit Cards MasterCard or Visa, PayPal or Wire Transfer. The products displayed on our e-Shop are available to all the countries in Euro (€) and US Dollar (US$) currencies. The VAT at the legal force in Portugal is included in all the prices within the European Union. Please note that all the prices and products information at Pelcor e-Shop are subject to changes and by placing an order, you are accepting the Pelcor terms and conditions.




Before you finish your order you can read our terms and conditions. Also, when you start the order process, you can calculate your shipping costs in Euro (€) or US Dollar  (US$). 

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Portugal or New Jersey with a maximum period of 5 working business days after your payment isbeing processed. 
You can view the status of your order and and track it in ‘Order History’ in the ‘My Account’ area.
The shipping fee will be adjusted upon check-out based on the destination of your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your purchase has been shipped, which will include the tracking number of your shipment.

Pelcor ships for all destinations all over the World (to Europe, United States America, Asia, Africa and Oceania). Delivery is currently not available for P.O. Boxes.


Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Pelcor has no control over is not responsible for possible costs that may be applied upon arrival of an order to the country of destination, as it is not being possible to predict the exact amount of these fees due to the different policies and import duties. Prices shown on the website do not include duties and taxes.

Duty and customs tariffs are set by the destination country and Pelcor hasve no control or responsibility for any customs delays or issues.

If you have questions doubts, you should contact your local customs authorities before making your order, so that you can obtain information about the customs duties and their applicability.

Delivery Time Estimate


To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:

  1. For Payments with Credit Card or PayPal the charge is automatically and your order will be ship 2 up to 5 working days.

Warranty Conditions

All our products have a two-year warranty that covers possible manufacturing defects, starting in the moment of the purchase. The warranty conditions are as follows:

1.       The guarantee covers only the product value. It does not cover any damages caused by accidents, misuse or carelessness.

2.       The client must keep the purchase receipt received with the order. It is indispensable to make the guarantee effective.

3.       The client must not try to fix the imperfection by his/herself or take the product to another company. Any manipulation by third parties annuls the guarantee.

4.       PELCOR will analyze the imperfection to verify if the guarantee is applicable. If it is, the product will be repaired or, if that is not possible, it will be substitute for a new one.




Pelcor does not have a money refund policy.

Items on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us in its original condition, in original packing with  labels, within 15 days of the Pelcor product has been received.  To make the exchange,  send an email to  and inform us about the exchange you want to make. To make an exchange, you must choose another Pelcor product of equal or superior value. After contacting Pelcor, return the item using the same shipping method originally used to the following address:

Please note shipping charges are non-refundable for products being returned to Pelcor.

Pelcor is not responsible for the shipping charges of the replacement product for all exchanges.  For your own protection, it is recommended  the item is insured for the value of the goods.  We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Pelcors sole discretion.
