Warranty Conditions

All our products have a two-year warranty that covers possible manufacturing defects, starting in the moment of the purchase. The warranty conditions are the following:
  1.  The warranty covers only the product value. It does not cover any damages caused by accidents, misuse or carelessness.
  2. The client must keep the purchase receipt that came with the order. It is indispensable to make the warranty effective.
  3. The client must not try to fix the imperfection by himself or take the product to another company. Any manipulation by third parties annuls the warranty.
  4. PELCOR will analyze the imperfection to verify if the warranty is applicable. If it is, the product will be repaired or, if that is not possible, it will be substitute for a new one.
Returns
Items on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
However, we do have a money refund policy, under certain circumstances:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and have any complaints to make, please return the item back to us in its original condition, in the original package (with the labels) within 15 days after receipt of the product.
To make the exchange, send an email to enquiries@pelcor.net and inform us about the exchange you want to make. Then, you must choose another Pelcor product of equal price. After contacting Pelcor, return the item using the same shipping method originally used to the following address:

Please note shipping charges are non-refundable for products being returned to Pelcor.
Pelcor is not responsible for the shipping charges of the replacement product for all exchanges. For your own protection, it is recommended the item is insured for the value of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that does not meet our return requirements.
All the items are checked and have their quality controlled before being shipped to customers. If you receive an item that is not in its perfect condition, please contact our customer support team: enquiries@pelcor.net.
